This was great - after I added a LOT more lemon juice. I juiced a large lemon and had a little over 6 Tbsp of juice. I started with the listed 2 Tbsp but it only faintly had any taste of lemon. I added gradually, tasting as I added, and ended up putting it all in. After freezing, it has a wonderful sweet-tart flavor. Will make again with the additional lemon juice (lime would be good too!) Thanks!

  1. Mix sugar and water.
  2. bring mixture to boil to gather for 5 minutes.
  3. cool and add lemon juice.
  4. freeze.
