Such a nice change of pace from plain mayo. My son was looking for a new spread for sandwiches and asked me to try this, he said it was a great addition to a ham sand. It is also a lovely dressing for a shrimp salad, would probably be great with any kind of seafood.
My boyfriend requested a dill mayonnaise to go with our sweet potato fries, and I was leery at first because I'm addicted to lime cayenne mayo. But I tried this recipe and now I can't choose which is my favourite! I loved this mayo sauce a LOT, it goes great on oven-baked sweet potato fries!
