I love flavored butters because they can turn an ordinary veggie side into some thing special. I also love them on fresh corn on the cob.
- 1⁄3 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
- 1⁄2 grated of a lemon, rind of
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1⁄8 teaspoon white pepper
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Refigerate until ready to use.
