- 1⁄4 lb butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
directions
- whip butter, dripping in lemon juice slowly. then slowly add dill. use it immediately or wrap in foil and stash in freezer and slice off as needed.
