- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 lemon (squeezed)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1⁄2 lemon (squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine butter, graham cracker, and sugar, and press into greased pan.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs well, and add sugar, cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to eggs.
- Mix egg mixture thouroghly, and then pour into crust.
- Bake one hour, and then remove.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Blend sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla in small bowl.
- Spread on cake.
- Bake cake for five minutes, or until top bubbles.
- Serve immediately.
