  1. If I could give this one a "10" I would. The only thing I did a little different was I added sliced almonds to the pan when I was making the sauce....and I didn't have any fresh basil so I used dried basil. I served this fish with a garden salad and steamed asaparagus. Absolutely marvelous.

  2. Our family enjoyed this, but for us, it was a little overpowering on the lemon, but stilled enjoyed it immensely and will adjust the lemon next time to suite our taste. Really yummy.

  3. This is the first fish recipe where the use of lemon juce was not overbearing, it did let the flavor of the fish come through! TooheyMomster really should try this dish.

  4. The best fish ever.

  5. Delicious! We love this mildly flavored fish and the lemon basil sauce adds a delicious touch. I was afraid 3T lemon juice would be too much, as did previous reviewers, but used the full amount as they said it was just right. I agreed - it had a light lemon flavor but it wasn't overpowering. I used dried basil but look forward to trying fresh basil during the summer. I did omit the salt and did not miss it. Thanks for sharing!

Tweaks

  1. This is a great, simple recipe! While I've done it often with Barrumundi, I have substituted Flounder on occasion. One can even cut down on the butter if one wants. Paired with a green veggie this is serious healthy food.
