  • Mix together the finely grated rind of the lemon and the yoghurt.
  • Divide between four 1/4 pint ramekins and sprinkle sugar on top.
  • Place under a hot grill for 1-2 minutes or until melted and bubbling.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
