When marinating steak or kebobs pierce them with a fork in several places and marinate for 12-24 hours for maximum tenderness. Use Inside round, outside round, blade eye of round or sirloin tip. This marinade gives an oriental taste, Quick, easy to make and Oh so good
- 59.14 ml lea & perrins Worcestershire sauce
- 59.14 ml pineapple juice
- 9.85 ml garlic, minced
- 9.85 ml fresh ginger, grated
- Mix all the ingredients, pour over meat, cover& place in fridge for up to 24 hours.
This is a quick to fix and economical marinade. I used it in Grilled Chicken & Pineapple Skewers. The chicken was moist and well seasoned. Thanks Bergy, I am sure to use this again.
