Lavender Sugar (To Use With Lavender Biscotti)

Make ahead! It says you can use in recipes, mix into hot or cold tea, sprinkle over cookies or toast or mix with butter as a spread.


  1. Place the 5 cups of sugar in an airtight container.
  2. Layer lavender flowers and some lavender stems (washed and dried!) with the sugar.
  3. Every couple days, stir until the stems are completely dry.
  4. Remove the stems; you may leave the flowers in the sugar if you'd like.
