Kiwi Sauce for White Fish

• Yields: 1/2 Cup

ingredients

• 2 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced thin
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons cooking oil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1. In a blender combine all ingredients and blend smooth.
