  1. Cook the first three ingredients in a large pan over low heat until creamy. Add Rice Krispies and chopped peanuts and mix thoroughly. Quickly pour into greased 9"X13" pan and press to make even.
  2. Melt milk chocolate chips with the 2 tablespoons of butter and pour over Rice Krispie mixture. Spread over top. Cut into 1" peices.
