- 2 cups brewed espresso
- 1⁄3 cup chocolate syrup
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua
- Combine ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
Way way too much expresso. Maybe 2 cups of coffee would be better. My guests were gracious about them and said they liked it even though it was so strong but simply too much. I would like to try this again with coffee.

These are AMAZING ... I bought the popsicle molds just to make this recipe, and I'm so glad I did. I didn't think it would be all that great (because of course I tasted it before pouring it into the molds). But as soon as it got to the slushy stage, it became really, really wonderful. I was too lazy to haul out the espresso maker and brew espresso, so I made it using instant espresso crystals - but made up for it with homemade chocolate syrup (Chocolate Syrup) and Kahlua (Dana's Homemade Kahlua). This was fabulous -- thanks SO much for posting it!
