- In a heavy saucepan, combine cocoa and sugars. Add next 3 ingredients and stir over medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool.
- Store in a covered container in refrigerator. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Lovely fudge topping I love the kahlua in this, we found that the 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa gave it a very dark chocolate taste which is nice for some members of the family but I like a little less and after I added a little more heavy cream to it and it was perfect. Thanks for sharing this recipe, one I will be making again. Made for spring PAC 09
