  • Cake:.
  • Combine first 7 ingredients; stir in eggs, oil and vanilla, mixing well. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool on wire racks completely. Spread with cream cheese frosting.
  • Cream Cheese Frosting:.
  • Combine cream cheese and butter, beating until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. 3 cups.
