  1. In large skillet brown the ground beef, and onion. Drain.
  2. Add 6 cups of water to skillet and bring to boil.
  3. Add Mr. noodles.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Add tomatoes, peas, salt, pepper and hot sauce, stir well.
  6. Add beef and onion mixture, stir well to mix.
  7. Reduce heat to simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Add sour cream mixing well.
