- 226.79 g package Jiffy corn muffin mix, dry
- 2 eggs
- 2 (453.59 g) can corn, 1 can drained
- 425.24 g can creamed corn
- 226.79 g sour cream
- 29.58 ml butter
directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Grease 9x13-inch pan and pour in batter.
- Dot with butter; bake at 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Cut in squares and serve.
