ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas
- 3⁄4 cup red pepper, diced
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, diced
- 1⁄3 cup onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
directions
- Drain kidney beans & sweet peas in colander and rinse well under cold water.
- Put in a large mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
- Chill 1 hour before serving.
