buttery sensations all the way!
- 1 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 cup jam
- Mix together all ingredients except for jam.
- Make rounded tbsp on a baking sheet then top off with jam.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Let cool.
These cookies came out ok. They really flatten out and I find that if the overn is not on 375 they do not brown. It takes a little longer than 15 minutes to brown them but all and all they were good. I used rasberry and stawberry jelly. Very good!
