When looking for a Japanese-style salad dressing I found this one. It is very nice on thinly sliced vegetables.

This recipe did not work as well for me as I would of liked. I could really only taste the soy as the other ingredients were overpowered. I think I would halve the soy the next time for a more subtle flavor.

Fixed this yesterday for lunch to go with Recipe#379146#379146 and Recipe#24447#24447. It was very good. The company enjoyed it over a bed of iceburg lettece, onions and radishes. Will make this again. Thank You. Made for Unrated Asian Recipe Tag 2009.
