  • I start with a 4-5 pound corned beef brisket.
  • Boil slowly for 4 1/2 hours.
  • Take out and put in a 9x13 pan.
  • Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a pan and bring to a boil.
  • Put the sauce on top of the brisket and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
  • Cut and serve.
