I like alot of sauce, so I usually double this recipe.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 5 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup dark brown sugar
- I start with a 4-5 pound corned beef brisket.
- Boil slowly for 4 1/2 hours.
- Take out and put in a 9x13 pan.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Put the sauce on top of the brisket and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
- Cut and serve.
