  1. 1.Combine corn syrup, water and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. 2.Boil until a little tried in cold water is brittle, or measures 300 degrees F.
  3. 3.Beat egg whites.
  4. until stiff and gradually beat in the boiling syrup.
  5. 4.Whip until it begins to stiffen, beat more and pour into a pan slightly oiled with corn oil.
  6. 5.When cold cut in squares.
