This is a quick appetizer that is great for potlucks and snacks. Vary the amount of jalapenos you use depending on how hot they are. If you want milder poppers remove the seeds and inner membrane from the jalapeno.

  2. Form 1" balls.
  3. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.

I was a little disappointed in these. I thought they would have had a different texture. Just didn't seem to be done on the inside and I baked them for about 20 minutes. The flavor was good and we liked them, but lacked on texture.

I think my DH didn't put the seeds and membrane in because these did not have that wow factor for me. Guests enjoyed them.
