A friend fixed this for a card party and everyone loved it. It is requested now at every get-together that we have. I'm posting so I can't lose it.
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 (12 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained
- 1 (12 ounce) jar jalapenos, chopped, with juice
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- Put all ingredients in crock pot.
- Heat on low until until warm and blended.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
