directions

  • pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • line cookie sheet with tin foil.
  • spray non-stick cooking spray on tin foiled sheet.
  • create meat balls and place evenly on cooking sheet.
  • cover loosly with foil.
  • place in oven and cook 10 minutes.
  • remove cooking sheet and turn over each meatball.
  • replace foil on top and continue to cook another 10 minutes.
  • remove top foil covering meatballs and cook an additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve.
  • tip: remove foil and toss for easy clean up.
