"Potati Salad with Olive Oil. My Father-In-Law made this once for me, my kids love it. It also is great for outdoor events, there is not any mayo, it does not spoil easily."

ingredients

• 2267.96 g red potatoes
• 473.18 ml olive oil
• 59.14 ml diced garlic
• 59.14 ml oregano
• salt

directions

1. Dice & Boil Potatoes & Drain.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3. You can add more or less of each ingredient to taste.
