Italian Pork Loin
"I always wanted to try a pork loin, but never really knew how to fix it. My friend's mom gave me this recipe. It was delicious."

- Place pork in 13x9-inch pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper and meat tenderizer on top. Pour Italian dressing all over pork and let the rest stay in the bottom of pan.
- Cook about 1 hour (depending on size of pork).

I live in Dalton, GA. I own a ladies retail clothing store. I have never been really big on cooking until lately. Not sure why. It seems like that I am growing to love it. My family thinks it is great!! I am married and have 2 wonderful children(13 & 7). I have always liked to use a crock pot. It makes things more simple when you don't get home til late.
