Italian Meatballs

ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage (I used Regular, but Italian Seasoned is good too.)
- 2 lbs ground beef (I use 90/10 to cut down on grease)
- 1 1⁄2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 pinch basil
- 1 pinch parsley
- 1⁄2 cup water
directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl mix together all ingredients excluding water.
- Use water to make mixture the right consistence.
- Roll small amount into equal sized balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet ½ inches apart.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
