Italian Marinade

This is our favorite marinade to use on chicken breasts. I always cook more so we can use the leftover chicken as sandwiches on garlic bread. Makes your chicken moist and the lemon flavor gives it a nice "lift". Cook time is marinade time.

My 8 yo DS thinks this marinade made the best chicken ever! I used it on skinless/boneless chicken breast and grilled lots so I wouldn't have to cook as much this week. These are going to make fabulous chicken salads! So easy too with the ingrediants already in my cupboard. Thanks again.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (5/8 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 23 cup oil

Directions

  1. Mix lemon juice and dressing mix well.
  2. Add oil and again mix well.
  3. Pour over meat of choice and let marinate at least 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
