ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 (5/8 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 2⁄3 cup oil
directions
- Mix lemon juice and dressing mix well.
- Add oil and again mix well.
- Pour over meat of choice and let marinate at least 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Hi Der, Hey. I used this marinade on sirloin steak to try to get the taste of a Cousin's Cheese Steak Sub. Boy! - did it work! Grilled by The Man, then sliced thin by yours truly with nice juicy tomatoes, your choice of provalone or mozzarella, mayo,shredded lettuce, thin sliced onion...are you drooling? This is a must try on beef! Thanks for helping me out for the taste I wanted - and needed!
