- 1814.36 g boneless rump steak or 1814.36 g sirloin tip roast
- 3.54 g package Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
- 14.79 ml dried oregano
- 14.79 ml dried basil
- 14.79 ml garlic powder
- 29.58 ml red pepper flakes
- 44.37 ml dried minced onion flakes
- 283.49 g can beef consomme
- 340.19 g can beer
- 226.79 g jar sliced pickled pepperoncini peppers, with
- pepperoncini pepper juice
directions
- Place roast in crock pot.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients together and mix well.
- Pour over roast and cover with lid.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
- Remove roast and slice to desired thickness or shred.
- Return to crock pot.
- cook on low setting for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Serve with Crusty Hard Rolls, and do add some of the yummy juice-it needs to be sloppy!
