  1. Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar, salad oil and eggs.
  2. Combine and beat until batter is smooth.
  3. Stir in carrots.
  4. When well blended add nuts and pineapple. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Put batter into a greased and floured 13 X 9 inch pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. Frost with a cream cheese icing.
