Imitation Crab Wheels Recipe 2

"This is like the first recipe I posted, but I made a number of changes according to prefrences of the family and decided to post them as a seperate recipe. This is quick and very tasty. Because you are broiling this dish it leaves the veggis warm and firm. Since raw peppers and onions don't appeal to everyone in my family I cook them first."

Hi there. My name is Jennifer. I live in Bountiful, Utah with my husband and 3 year old daughter. I enjoy cooking and baking and experimenting with new ideas and recipies. The only thing I enjoy more than the cooking, is the eating of what I cooked. Consequently I am no stranger to diets. :) My husband, ironically, doesn't enjoy my experimenting and could really care less about food. My daughter is going through a phase where most foods are inadequate for her unique palate.
