- Put sugar & cornstarch in blender 1 minute or until powdered.
My hand blender wouldnt do it but I will try the coffee grinder next time. To be corn free I will use tapioca starch.
Made a bananna cake last night and needed confectioners sugar for the chocolate icing. This recipe worked great and saved me a trip to the store.
