A light, refreshing coffee drink for summer (I list regular coffee flavors (Torani's) but sugar-free can be used.)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder (Medaglia d'Oro)
  • 1 ounce raspberry flavored syrup
  • 1 ounce vanilla-flavored syrup (I use French Vanilla)
  • 2 ounces half-and-half

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you want a thicker drink, add more ice cubes before blending.

Ohh la la - I'm in coffee heaven right now. What a lovely blend of flavors in an icy and frothy drink. Used sugar-free syrups and low-fat creamer so I can enjoy more of this fabulous beverage. Made for Photo Tag

Mmmmmm, so good that I *almost* felt a guilt twinge while enjoying these lovely flavors in my afternoon coffee. I can't get the syrups here and the price of ordering them in from online is prohibitive so I use a drop or 3 of extract in the sepcified flavors and sweeten with Splenda. This is a marvelous cold coffee that makes you love your blender. Thanks so much Mikekey :D
