This recipe used green tea powder for a healthful and refreshing drink.
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons green tea powder (matcha)
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 3⁄4 cup milk (may be substituted with soymilk)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Mix all ingredients together with hand held frother.
- Serve over ice.
