Ice-cream with warm coffee sauce.

Directions

  1. Combine coffee and water in coffee plunger.
  2. Stand for 2 minutes before plunging.
  3. Cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Scoop ice-cream into serving glasses.
  5. Pour coffee over.
  6. Serve with sponge fingers if desired.

Delicious and so easy to make. I have a small coffee plunger that I used for this. I used Breyers Carb Smart vanilla ice cream. DH loved it. Will be making this again & again.
