  • Stand for 2 minutes before plunging.
  • Cool for 10 minutes.
  • Scoop ice-cream into serving glasses.
  • Pour coffee over.
  • Serve with sponge fingers if desired.

  1. Delicious and so easy to make. I have a small coffee plunger that I used for this. I used Breyers Carb Smart vanilla ice cream. DH loved it. Will be making this again & again.
