Ice-cream with warm coffee sauce.
- Combine coffee and water in coffee plunger.
- Stand for 2 minutes before plunging.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Scoop ice-cream into serving glasses.
- Pour coffee over.
- Serve with sponge fingers if desired.
Delicious and so easy to make. I have a small coffee plunger that I used for this. I used Breyers Carb Smart vanilla ice cream. DH loved it. Will be making this again & again.
