  4. This is a great hummus. I really enjoyed the flavors but it seemed that something was lacking. I think adding a little more lemon juice and some paprika might do the trick. I served with veggies and roasted vegetable crackers.
     
  5. This was good. I liked the added flavor from the black beans. When I first tasted it, I too, thought a little more garlic would be good, but was glad I didn't add it after all. I did add a dash more lemon juice, and really enjoyed it like that. Thanks for the recipe.
