I LOVE Hummus! It's just such a delicious side dish! This recipe will knock your boots off! Enjoy!

  1. Pour chickpeas into a blender.
  2. Add about 1 tbsp sesame tahini.
  3. Add garlic.
  4. Add yoghurt.
  5. Add Lemon juice.
  6. Add olive oil.
  7. Blend till a creamy consistency. If it looks too thick, add some of the juice from the can of chickpeas.
  8. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  9. Present hummus on a flat dish and drizzle some olive oil and paprika.

Everyone in our family loved this spread. I made it in the food processor, and probably used more yogurt to make it more sauce-like for my purpose. Excellent flavor. :)
