Hot Sausage Meatballs

"these are HOT meatballs! But, oh so good! My oldest sister and my step mom used to make these at the holidays."

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 20-30 meatballs

ingredients

• 2 lbs hot sausage
• 2 cups Bisquick
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

directions

1. blend the sausage and bisquick together.
2. mix well with your hands.
3. add the shredded cheddar cheese.
4. mix well again with your hands (it's easier).
5. shape into 1-2" balls.
6. spray baking pan with vegetable spray.
7. bake in 350 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes.
