• 4 tablespoons coarse grain mustard or 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon clear honey
• 1 teaspoon hot curry powder
• 1⁄2 orange, juice and zest of

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to combine.
2. Serve with cold chicken or hot sausages, or as a dip with crudités.
