this is really easy to make and has a great flavor,even my kids will eat hominy this way..great for a funeral dinner
- 4 cans drained hominy
- 2 cans drained chopped green chilies
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- garlic salt
- combine ingredients,adding garlic salt,salt,and pepper to taste.
- Pour in a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.
- Cook at 325 degrees until bubbly,about 20 minutes.
