- Stir together sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe 2 cup measure. Add water; stir until well blended. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture boils.
- Add whipping cream; stir until well blended. Microwave at HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Combine cocoa mixture and coffee. Serve immediately.
Made this to warm up on a rainy day. Great, smooth flavor. Would definitely make again but make it more chocolaty-personal preference though. Enjoy! ChefDLH
