  1. Hot Cocoa Mocha was just what this mocha lover needed on a rare rainy day here. No trips out and needed a hot drink to sooth a sick throat and this was super. The drink gets really well mixed if the directions are followed -so no chocolate clumps. This was not as chocolaty as I would have made it but it was great and matches our local coffee store's hot mocha. I would make again. 2. LOVED it! I made it on the stove-top instead of microwave. I used 1 1/2 cups coffee and yet I didn't find the coffee overpowering since I am not really a coffee person. The only thing different I did was, stirred in an additional 1/2 cup of whipped double cream in the end. Thank you, Looneytunesfan, for sharing this wonderful recipe.. definitely will be making it again!
