A hint of creamy butter combined with the perfect spices. Almost sinful with the unique mixture of delicious flavors, butter, Jamaican coffee and spices.
- 4.92 ml unsalted butter
- 4.92 ml brown sugar
- 141.74-170.09 g freshly brewed jamaican coffee, steaming
- 1 whole clove
- 14.79 ml dark rum
- 0.59 ml grated nutmeg
- Put butter in an Irish coffee glass or mug, then pour in the steaming coffee. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add clove and rum.
- Dust with nutmeg.
Very nice take on a hot buttered rum drink. I subbed rum extract for the rum and it worked great.
This is a really terrific cup of coffee Annacia. I loved this, it was well worth using the rest of the coffee the kids brought back from Jamaica for me. Rich, robust and full bodied. I so enjoyed the combination of rum, cloves and nutmeg in this coffee, which I will be making again and again. Anna thanks so much for sharing another winner with all of us.
