I found this recipe in the Taste of Home Favorite Brand Name Recipes cookbook; super easy and delicious. Suggested dippers are crackers or bagel chips.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, peppers, artichoke, and 2/3 cup of the French fried onions. Spread into a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake the dip for approximately 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining 2/3 cup of French fried onions. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes - just long enough to brown the onions slightly.

this dip is delicious I did add in 1 large minced garlic clove and some Tabasco sauce, thank you for sharing this recipe Misa, this was made for KK's Green event
