ingredients
- 3 cups apple cider
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1⁄2 cup spiced rum
- 1⁄2 cup cinnamon schnapps
directions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat or in a 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients and heat through. Do not boil. Mull for 45-60 minutes. Serve warm in footed glasses with cinnamon sticks as garnish.

Perfect hot cider for those like D.H. who don't like it too spicy. I made half to try it out and heated in the 2 quart crock pot on low for 45 minutes. I used Martinelli's Cider and I used Captain Morgan spiced rum with Dekuyper 100 proof cinnamon schnapps. It's a keeper in our house. Thanks for posting!
