A hot Creole version of your regular steaks. Hits the spot with the meat eaters in my family!
- 3 lbs cube steaks
- 2 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh cracked black peppercorns
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
- In small bowl combine everything except steak.
- Rub steaks with sauce mixture and fry until cooked to desired wellness.
