- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup onion, minced
- 1⁄4 cup prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Easy and delicious, I made this to top oven baked potatoes (skin on) which we had with steaks. I was given a jar of horseradish and think it is a bit gutless and sweet, so added about a teaspoon of HOT English mustard to give this some oomph.
