I love mustard in different varieties. This one goes great with pork. I serve it with pork tenderloin. Try it for some variety.
- Whisk together all ingredients in small bowl until well blended.
- Transfer mixture to airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Lovely mustard recipe, I only had fresh thyme to hand and it was really delish on pork chops, will try adding different herbs to ring the changes. Thanks for the recipe I will use often, reviewed for zaar tag.
