A quick dressing to make in a pinch when you have a nice salad waiting for dinner.
- 78.07 ml salad oil
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 29.58 ml honey
- 29.58 ml Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- In a small bowl stir together all ingredients. Use at once or cover and store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
- Stir or shake before using.
