This is a great sauce for chicken strips, a glaze for meats, and it even makes a great sandwich spread! The inspiration came from Paula Deen (I altered her recipe just a bit).
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Keeps for one week or more.
Made for Fall Pick-A-Chef 2011 and I am glad I chose this recipe...delicious! I fixed chicken fingers for my little helper (the neighbor girl) and we both enjoyed it. There is enough to put on a ham sandwich later. Thank you for submitting.
